Rouge crianza de 18 mois en fûts de chêne français usagés de 600 et 225 litres.

Now the only Graciano they produce is the 2023 Expresión de Graciano, using grapes from three different vineyards in different locations, the Monte Yerga and the north, Laguardia and Ábalos, which provide nuance and complexity. It's peppery and a little oaky still, with abundant tannins that suggest leaving it in bottle for a couple of years. It's still 85% Graciano and 15% Tempranillo and comes in at 14.5% alcohol, with a pH of 3.55 and 6.25 grams of acidity, which should ensure a good evolution in bottle. Seventy-five percent of the volume matured in 500-liter barrels, and the new oak has been reduced to 30%. 4,500 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2025.

With climate change in mind, Tom Puyaubert is planting “more and more Graciano”. This one comes from Ábalos, Alfaro and Laguardia, making the most of different terroirs, altitudes and micro climates. Refreshing, serious and effortlessly concentrated, this is a stylish expression of what can be a rustic grape, with aromas of violet, ginger and clove, sinewy tannins and a core of cranberry and damson 2027-32.
