Clear, bright straw yellow with a green touch. The nose smells of freshly cut lemons, grapefruit, yellow pear, a hint of almond butter and mango. Taut and wiry, with raciness, very exciting, elegantly winding its way through the palate, very precise on the finish, with a slightly savoury aftertaste.
