Élaboré de la même manière que le brut de la maison, mais sans ajout de sucre, le Clarabella Franciacorta Èssenza Pas Dosé est un vin effervescent très gastronomique grâce à sa bonne sapidité et à sa minéralité qui nettoie et rafraîchit le palais. Il est biologique et soumis à l'entreillage pendant 20 à 30 mois.

Falstaff:

Bright luminous golden yellow. Rich bouquet of ripe yellow fruit, honey and acacia flowers, light smoky hints. The palate is full-bodied with soft acidity, very complex with dark minerality and a fine beaded mousse. The aftertaste is pleasant and mouth-filling with some tart herbal spices. A good food wine.
