Tejca Vedrignano II Cru Classificazione es la expresión más vertical y vibrante del Chardonnay de Brda. Nacido de un viñedo ubicado a 250 metros de altitud sobre suelos de Ponca, destaca por su frescura casi eléctrica y una distintiva mineralidad.

100% uvas enteras. Fermentación 100% en barricas, con levaduras autóctonas durante 14 días con un remontado al día si es necesario.
Elevage
Crianza de 12 meses en barricas usadas de Borgoña, seguidos de otros 12 meses en depósitos de acero inoxidable.

Falstaff:

Medium golden yellow, silver reflections. Subtle hints of precious wood, nuances of herbs, some vanilla, yellow stone fruit, candied orange zest, still a bit shy on the nose. Medium complexity, white stone fruit, a touch of sweetness, elegant and well LASTING, mineral, balanced, endowed with length and certain ageing potential.
