Baigorri Finca Las Navas Tempranillo fait partie de la gamme de vins parcellaires du domaine situé dans la Rioja Alavesa. Le domaine qui lui donne son nom, situé à proximité de ses installations, compte 4 hectares de vignoble d'un Tempranillo splendide capable de produire un vin rouge savoureux, très fruité, qui, grâce à son passage en fût pendant 4 à 8 mois, se révèle charnu et équilibré, avec une élégante touche fumée.

This the first release of a pure Tempranillo from the Finca Las Navas vineyard next to the winery. Dense, compact and still in its infancy, it has stylish new French oak, lots of colour and concentration, flavours of black olive, damson and blueberry and tangy supporting acidity. 2025-35.
Vibrant aromas of blackcurrant pastilles, ripe blueberries and violets. Still very young, but there’s a ton of positive fruit and energy in this well-crafted single-vineyard Rioja. Slightly sappy at the finish but this needs a bit more bottle age to reach it’s best harmony. Drinkable now, but best from 2025. (Stuart Pigott)
Baigorri est située à Samaniego (Rioja Alavesa) et a été conçue en 2022 par l'architecte guipuzcoan Iñaki Aspiazu Iza en collaboration avec un groupe d'entrepreneurs basques. En 2007, elle a été acquise par Pedro Martínez Hernández, qui a impulsé le projet.
