Ce vin rouge parcellaire signé par Fernando Mora MW est élaboré exclusivement à partir de Grenache et élevé dans des cuves en ciment pendant 10 mois. Le résultat est un vin léger , intense, avec un fond minéral, une tension magnifique et une fraîcheur impressionnante.

The wine formerly known as Arom has been renamed and is now the 2021 Altas Parcelas (high plots). It comes from high-altitude plots in the villages of Acered, Alarba and Atea, fermented with 50% full clusters and matured in concrete for 14 months. They were more accurate on the harvest date in 2021, and the wine is showy and floral, with notes of orange peel. It is tasty, juicy and elegant, with a focused and dry finish. Around 20,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2023.
