L'Eremitas Amón de Kélia 2023 est un vin blanc du Douro élaboré à partir du cépage Rabigato, issu d'une parcelle située en altitude, ce qui lui confère fraîcheur et minéralité. C'est un vin expressif et élégant, aux arômes floraux et d'agrumes, avec une bouche équilibrée, une belle acidité et une finale saline. Il fait partie de la série Eremitas, qui vise à montrer comment les différentes parcelles influencent le caractère du vin.

Eremitas is the terroir range, which includes three wines made from Rabigato grapes from different soils. The 2023 Eremitas Amón de Kélia is a white from a plot on schist soils richer in quartz at 500 meters altitude that gives it a great aromatic expression and vivacity in the palate. This range is always foot trodden—trying to extract the essence of the grapes—pressed in a vertical press, then the juice is fermented in concrete in their underground cellar, where the wine spends the winter. This is super young and pale, really austere and closed, with a velvety, precise and clean palate that is textured and finishes dry. It comes in at a moderate 12% alcohol and with a pH of 3.58, denoting contained ripeness and freshness with balance. 4,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2024.
