James Suckling:
A most unusual nose with a mix of guava-like fruit and eucalyptus-like herbs. The same character on the palate, but in more intense form, thanks to some tight, agrumi acidity. Lots of saline mineral to finish. It’s certainly intense. Very natural-wine feel that works in the end. 80% garganega and 20% chardonnay. Give it a little air before serving, to allow the texture to broaden and more varietal character to come through. It’s kind of wild, but I like it. Lots going on. No sulfites added. Vegan. Drink now.
