Naluar Tinto 2021
Description

The 2021 Naluar was produced with grapes from different vineyards in the village of Nava de Roa planted with Tempranillo from the old Acediano vineyard on limestone chalky soils. It fermented by plot with indigenous yeasts, with more stems in the plots that have a higher content of clay. It fermented in stainless steel and aged in used and well-seasoned 500-liter oak barrels for two winters. It has ripe berries, flowers and wild herbs, with the character of the Ribera del Duero wines before the excess. It has contained ripeness and 14.4% alcohol with a pH of 3.59 and 5.3 grams of acidity. The palate is medium to full-bodied and juicy, with round tannins. 9,800 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2023.
