Monovarietal de Garnacha que debe su nombre a la finca de la que provienen sus uvas, situada en una montaña rodeada de encinas que da a este vino unos aromas que recuerdan a las flores de esta región tan especial. Es un vino que ofrece ligereza, fragilidad y madurez.

Color picota de capa muy alta, lágrima fina, lenta y suavemente tintada.
Nez
Aromas ahumados y de fruta roja y negra madura, intensos tostados, notas especiadas, de chocolate y mentolados.
Bouche
Entrada potente con sabores de fruta madura, intensos tostados bien pulidos, cremoso, buena acidez. Final largo, posgusto de fruta especiada y retronasal de tostados.
Température de service
Se recomienda servir a 16 ºC.
Accord mets et vin
Carnes rojas asadas, estofados, asados, platos de caza mayor y quesos curados.

We also tasted the 2023 Els Escurçons, which was bottled a little earlier, in November 2024. It follows the path of the 2022 but with a little more exuberance, a more generous expression of a very concentrated Mediterranean Garnacha, rounder, with a peachy character, gentler and very appealing, with the wild Priorat side but in the background. Today, it still shows pretty much the effect of the vintage, but the true character of the vineyards should resurface with more time in bottle. At the moment, it's a little behind the 2022.
