Rosé Absolu est un champagne qui vient du cœur des plus grands terroirs de vin rouge de Champagne: Cumières et Les Riceys. C'est un coupage où le Pinot noir domine, choisi pour son caractère et sa finesse. Le Chardonnay lui donne une élégance raffinée, tandis que le Meunier lui apporte de délicates notes florales. Sa belle couleur et ses arômes de fruits rouges sont obtenus en ajoutant une petite quantité de vin rouge de Champagne au moment de l'assemblage

Full of red fruit and flowers, showing roses, violets, strawberries and cherries. Aspirin-like mousse with light body and crisp acidity. Fruity finish with fresh dough. Good length.
Discreet strawberry plum, verbena and angelica nose. Notes of herbs, spice and strawberry follow through int he mouth. The finish has considerable authority.
Light salmon pink, silver reflections, persistent mousse. Nuances of preserved red cherries, wild berries, floral touch, delicate pink grapefruit. Juicy, fine fruit expression, a hint of marzipan, pleasant acidity, balanced and persistent, shows good length. A stylish companion at the table. (Deg. 01.2020).
A fragrant rosé Champagne, it has a small portion fermented in wood for added richness. Its ripe fruits, citrus and red berry flavors are well ready. Drink now.
