Bibo Runge Revoluzzer Jungfer 2018

Tons of melted-butter and candied-orange aromas make a bold statement and, as it aerates, notes of chutney and clove also emerge. Impressive depth and textural complexity, but don’t expect much fruit. The generous tannins balance all of this even more than the discreet acidity. Fermented and matured in large, neutral oak for two years.
