The idea behind this wine, according to Andreas Kubach MW, is to produce a "super Crianza style", using fruit from six villages between the Sonsierra and the Ebro River. Very lightly wooded, with 70% of the wine aged in stainless steel, it has sweet, crunchy, summer berry and patisserie flavours and caressing tannins. 2023-26
