Solera Fina María del Valle en Rama 37,5 cl
Description

The spring 2025 bottling (marked clearly on the front label) of the NV Solera Fina María del Valle en Rama averages close to 10 years of age in the soleras and criaderas system of dynamic blending that started in 1975. It has 15% natural alcohol with a pH of 3.15 and 4.15 grams of acidity. It seems to be growing in complexity and depth compared with the previous bottlings. This is truly stunning and a textbook example of the category, pungent, clean and expressive with notes of esparto grass, brine, wet chalk and yeasts. The palate has terrific balance and clean and focused flavors. Better than ever? Just 600 unfiltered half bottles were produced in May 2025. The price—a real bargain—is for a half bottle, but it's also produced in magnum (which age at a much slower pace, of course). - Luis Gutiérrez.
Excelente.
Imprescindible en un Mayo cordobés
