The varietal white 2021 Piotr K Loureira was produced with grapes from their As Tapadas Vineyard on schist soils in the Miño Valley, fermented in stainless steel and bottled unfiltered and unfined with a low dose of sulfur. It has a nose of herbs and nettle, subtle and elegant, with a tasty and fresh palate and a bitter twist in the finish. Only 400 bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2022.
