A classy, savory expression of cabernet sauvignon with cigar, cedar, cassis and dried mushrooms. A full-bodied cabernet with juicy blue and black-fruit character that provides superb drinkability. Refined and flavorful, but also precise. Quite long. Drink or hold.
Varietal Cabernet Sauvignon and a force of nature with it. Huge aromas of ripe blackberries, plums, toasted oak, cedar and pencil lead. The palate is no less of a powerhouse, with full, firm tannins and bright, persistent acidity. This is still remarkably young and only just unfolding itself. I would love to see it in another 10 years! 2024-2040
