The Wine Advocate:

The 2021 8 Vents has a balsamic and herbal nose that mixes Mediterranean sensations and cooler Bordeaux varietal notes. It was produced with a blend of Callet, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo with a modern profile, high ripeness, 14% alcohol and a round and juicy palate with herbal freshness. It has serious, chalky tannins. 25,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2022.
