The very aromatic NV Palo Cortado was sourced from Williams & Humbert in Jerez, from a special bota selected by Paco Salas, the capataz of the bodega for 33 years. It has aromas of candied fruit, flowers and even cherries in liqueur under the spirity and nutty aromas natural in this kind of wine. It has a certain creaminess and is very elegant, clean and balanced. This is power and elegance. These wines are presented in unusual 500-milliliter square glass bottles. As with all the wines in the collection, 1,000 half-liter bottles were filled in 2011.- Luis Gutiérrez.
