The Wine Advocate:

There is a new village red from Burgohondo, the 2019 Vereda de Las Tórdigas, from different zones fermented and aged separately and then blended together. The grapes were picked between the 5th and 21st of September, and as it's a wine produced from nearly all the grapes, each lot fermented and aged in different containers. It has 13.5% alcohol, a medium body and very fine tannins, with marked granite minerality in the texture. It showcases the house style that gives the wnes a similar aromatic profile, herbal and earthy and with moderate ripeness. 6,345 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2021.
