El primer blanco de la bodega. Muy especial, nacido a partir de uvas de una gran viña de solo una hectárea. Monovarietal de Macabeo procedente del noroeste de Murcia que es todo un blanco con alma de tinto.

There's a white from Macabeo, the 2021 Soldados de Cuera, produced with grapes from a plot at 800 meters in altitude on white marl soils. They want whites with the soul of a red, with structure, character and aging potential. It matured in 675- and 1,000-liter tinaja for five months. It has 13.5% alcohol with a low pH, denoting freshness, and it's pale, fresh and floral, with notes of white fruit and a balanced palate with clean and fresh flavors. 2,200 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2022.
