Picked in the first week of September to preserve acidity, this stylish rosado uses Garnacha grapes from the Monte Yerga to good effect, with lees ageing adding some texture to the mid-palate. Racy redcurrant and wild strawberry fruit flavours mesh appealingly with subtle stony reduction on the palate. 2024-26
