The Wine Advocate:

The primary and grapey red 2018 Eidos Ermos Tinto has aromas of wild herbs and berries and a simple and straightforward personality. It's a blend of the local grapes Brancellao, Caíño Longo, Ferrol and Caíño Redondo from vines younger than 10 years old and some other grapes that don't make it into the other reds. This fermented destemmed with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats and had an élevage of six months in well-seasoned, neutral oak barrels. 2,000 bottles were filled in August 2019.
