Description

Bozeto de Exopto est le premier vin de Bodegas Exopto. Ce Rioja jeune et frais propose un assemblage magnifique : le Grenache apporte son fruité et sa douceur, et en fait un vin facile à boire ; le Tempranillo lui donne son équilibre et sa « griffe » Rioja ; et enfin le Graciano lui confère l’acidité, la fraîcheur et la touche de complexité aromatique qui font de lui un vin unique. En 2014 les précipitations supérieures à la normale ont induit un grand travail à la vigne afin demaîtriser la vigueur de la plante et produire un raisin de qualité.

"The sensational 2013 Bozeto is a blend of 50% Grenache, 40% Tempranillo and 10% Graciano (a singular blend for Rioja) from an organic vineyard planted in 1980. Aged in French oak for nine months, it offers up beautiful black cherry and blackcurrant fruit intermixed with hints of strawberry jam, cedarwood and graphite. Medium to full-bodied and loaded with fruit, spice box and tobacco leaf characteristics as well as a rich, round, opulent mouthfeel, this superb, fruit-forward, luscious red can be consumed over the next several years".
