Abel Mendoza and Maite Fernández have been making this "natural" Tempranillo, produced without added sulphites from a biodynamically farmed parcel in El Bardallo. since 2013. Firm, concentrated and packed with damson and black olive flavours, it's a savoury, spicy red with some extra freshness from carbon dioxide. 2024-27
