Decanter:

No hail here in Gervans in 2019. This is a rich and ripe example for Northern Crozes with velvety tannins, slightly dry from the oak on the finish but with some freshness underneath. Alcohol is quite high. From two parcels, half granite, half gneiss. South-east facing. Demi-muids for 10% of the blend, the rest aged in barriques, 15% new, for 14 months.
