Sparkling wine made from Viognier from chalky soils, bottle-fermented with its own residual sugar. Interesting spicy aromas; fresh on the palate, lively, animating with a light ten per cent alcohol by volume. Defies comparison and is therefore well worth discovering. Ideal with starters.

All Viognier, the 2019 Vin De France Esteban has pretty stone fruits, orange blossom, and some spicy notes in a medium-bodied, clean, crisp, well delineated package that’s going to drink nicely for a few years.

Lo abrí junto a un champagne blanc de blancs y salió ganando, un acierto de burbuja !
Un espumoso diferente, digno de estar en cualquier cava. En mi caso lo compré porque me encanta Chapoutier y este vino tiene su sello.
