Günther Steinmetz Brauneberger Mandelgraben Eiswein 2018
Description

Picked in the early morning hours on January 21 (blood moon day), the 2018 Brauneberger Mandelgraben Riesling Eiswein is concentrated and flinty on the precise, stony and reductive (sulfitic) nose. The palate is elegant, highly concentrated, honey-sweet and creamy textured, with lush fruit and well-integrated acidity (seven grams per liter). The must was fermented with natural yeasts. Bottled in late February with 193 grams of residual sugar and 8.4% alcohol, this is far too young to be served today. Tasted in March 2019.
Azafran, albaricoque y miel. Muy bueno
