Certainly at the riper end of the spectrum as far as Crianza's are concerned, this is a full-bodied Tempranillo from vineyards around Laguardia. Vibrant, perfumed and wellstructured, it has stylish American and 10% French oak, lots of colour and concentration and flavours of liquorice, bramble and blackberry. 2024-28

James Suckling:

Ripe blackberries, dark walnuts, roasted spices and a touch of mocha. Chewy and flavorful with a medium to full body and quite a lengthy finish. Better in one more year.
