Decanter:

The bright, citrussy fruit of the Billaud-Simon Petit Chablis provides a charming and accessible entry point for the range. The texture is light and fresh, and the balance is thoroughly correct. The grapes are from 1.33ha on the plateau above Les Clos (lieu-dit Sur Les Clos, but can't be labelled as such). This vintage is 100% tank fermented and aged, although this is not always the case.
