Fiche technique
L'avis des experts
Light and juicy, full of creamy lemon yoghurt with yellow plum and baked pasty notes. Bright with balanced acidity that gives the expression a slightly sharp and tangy edge but it's also round and long too. Excellent detail on show, perfect to enjoy as an aperitif, but will also match well with food. Crisp citrus elements mingle with green apple, buttery toast. The texture is full and nicely filling with energy, freshness and lift the whole way through. A subtle hint of sweetness at the end gives contrast to the citrus fruits and leaves you wanting more. A blend of 40% each of Pinot Noir and Meunier and 20% Chardonnay aged for 36 months on the lees.
Based on the 2016 vintage and disgorged in January 2020 with five grams per liter dosage, the latest release of the NV Brut Invitation offers up aromas of apples, pears and toasted bread. Medium to full-bodied, vinous and nicely concentrated, it's fleshy and textural, with racy acids, ripe fruit and a pillowy mousse.
