The Wine Advocate:
The 2013 Colet Navazos Extra Brut is an orange-label sparkling produced with Xarello and topped up with a blend of Palo Cortado and Amontillado. As with all these sparkling wines, this is a joint venture between Colet from Penedès and Equipo Navazos from Jerez. It matured in bottle on its lees for two years before it was disgorged. These wines always put on weight in bottle and improve in integration and complexity, and in this vintage it feels fresher and more mineral than the Chardonnay. 1,600 bottles produced. - Luis Gutiérrez.
