O.Fournier est le vin emblématique du domaine, produit uniquement lors des récoltes exceptionnelles et toujours en quantités très limitées. Les vins des fûts destinés à la gamme Alfa Crux sont dégustés à l'aveugle et les meilleurs d'entre eux sont sélectionnés pour composer O.Fournier Malbec. La prestigieuse revue Wine Spectator a attribué 94 points à son millésime 2007, soit la meilleure note obtenue par un vin argentin.

"The 2007 O. Fournier is produced in years when Manuel believes there is something more exceptional than the Alfa Spiga. Picked at less than one kilogram per vine and raised in new French and European oak for 20 months, it has a very mellow, sensual bouquet of raspberry, crushed strawberry and cranberry with an underlying minerality. The palate has a sweet entry with vibrant small red berry fruit and a superb citric thread that lends so much tension and vibrancy on the effervescent finish, with hints of blood orange on the aftertaste. Excellent. Drink 2013-2020."
