The Wine Advocate:

The first white produced at the winery is now in its second vintage, and the 2019 Murmuri is mostly Garnacha Blanca from 20+-year-old vines, with some 3% Macabeo (Viura) and 2% other varieties. It fermented in stainless steel and matured for three months with the lees before being bottled. It has 13.5% alcohol and very good freshness (a pH below three), which is quite remarkable for a very warm year that affected mainly Cariñena—a year of low yields and healthy grapes that delivered powerful wines. It has a clean and varietal nose that mixes waxy apples and plenty of Mediterranean herbs, with a touch of esparto grass. The palate is balanced and reveals a soft texture and an easy-drinking white with a pleasant bitter twist in the finish. 5,500 bottles produced. It was bottled in January 2020.
