Labelled as "traditional", but this Albariño has a distinctly modern twist to it, having spent six months in foudres after an initial six months on its lees in stainless steel. Using grapes from 22 of the Costa family's 25 parcels, it has notes of toast and cinnamon, impressive structure, notes of lanolin and lemon zest and a taut, focused finish. 2024-30
