Le huitième millésime de ce vin a l'intention de nous transmettre l'amour entre David & Nadia, le couple qui l'élabore, par l'assemblage de cépages blancs. Avec un élevage en fûts français, ce vin blanc se révèle fruité, avec des notes de melon, de poire et de pêche au nez, et une saveur bien structurée, longue et complexe.

Comprised of Chenin Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette Blanche, Viognier, Sémillon and Marsanne, the 2017 Aristargos is an interesting wine that grew on me. It seems a bit jumbled on the nose at first, with tropical fruits, stone fruits and waxy citrus. As I tasted it, the expression of the wine came into focus on my palate and then lingered on the finish. Upon the second sip, the wine became more alive and textural across the mid-palate, with waxy melon, pear and peaches rounding out the finish, while subtle oak tones linger on. The wine has a good structure, long finish and is complex. Yeah, I like it. It's good. 12,030 bottles were made.
