En el sur del valle del Ródano, entre bosques y campos de lavanda, se asienta esta propiedad construida en el siglo XVIII y que hoy, bajo la batuta de Raphael Knäpp, alumbra algunos de los vinos orgánicos más interesantes de la zona.

Vino sencillo que, por color, aroma y paladar recuerda a un rosado. 12º. Ligero y fresco. Interesante como aperitivo.
Vino no muy fácil de beber. Bravo de entrada pero aunque no termina mal, hay notas que no me convencen.
