Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé
Fiche technique
L'avis des experts
Pale salmon color, showing notes of sliced strawberries, apples, grapefruit and crushed biscuits. Sleek, dry and fresh, with tight bubbles and a very clear finish. Base wine from 2020 with 46% reserve wine. 45% chardonnay, 35% pinot noir and 20% meunier, of which about 7% is red wine.
Cinnamon and dried nutmeg add to the experience of bread dough and rose petals. Flavorful on the medium-bodied palate and finely poised with bright acidity. Medium-long on the finish. Drink now.
The firm, almost crunchy finish is nicely spiced and lingering.
The palest of rosés, this is an elegant, structured wine. Its dryness is balanced by the fine apple and red-currant fruits and the strong sense of minerality. Fragrant and lightly structured, this fine bottling is ready to drink.
Medium salmon pink. Rather subtle aromas of red berries, citrus fruits and nuances of white flowers. Elegant on the palate with a fine mousse, matching texture and again a berry impression, especially strawberry Salty grip on the finish.
