Soldado Galante is a head-turning single parcel wine from Silvia Rocher, sourced from 121-year-old vines in Las Casas del Conde. Partnering Rufete, Tempranillo, Calabrés and Rufete Blanco, it’s a quintessential mountain wine, all redcurrant, plum and raspberry, with top notes of thyme and oregano, subtle wood and pithy, granitic tannins. 2025 - 2032.
