L'avis des experts

Tim Atkin:

Such is the fame of Remírez de Ganuza's red wines that people often overlook the whites, which is a huge shame. Made from small sub-plots of Viura, Malvasía and Garnacha Blanca, this is a mini white Burgundy style cuvée that's fermented and aged in 90% new oak. Subtle, leesy and intense, with aromatic wood spices and a tangy, stony, citrus-edged palate. 2022-29

Decanter:

A 60/30/10 blend of Viura, Malvasia and Garnacha Blanca, fermented and aged for eight months in French oak, this is a lovely rich mouthful of tropical fruit, apples and ripe juicy pear with a wash of grapefruity citrus and lots of creamy and toasted nut complexity on the long finish. Extremely well made and classy.
