The Wine Advocate:

The pale rosé sparkling 2016 Pedregar was produced with Garnacha grapes from a vineyard planted in 1976 on white marl soils. It was pressed directly and fermented in stainless steel and 30% in used 500-liter barrels and matured in bottle with the lees for 48 months. It's characterful, round and vinous, with concentration and tasty flavors; it is vertical and beautifully textured, with freshness. 21,199 bottles produced.
