Description

Un tinto elaborado exclusivamente con Pinot noir, la uva emblemática del Valle de Yarra. En nariz es muy aromático, con notas de eneldo, cardamomo, lilas y abundante fruta roja, especialmente cerezas. En boca se muestra fino y estructurado. Taninos suaves y aterciopelados aportan una textura terrosa en el final, mientras que la acidez firme y la concentración hacen que cada sorbo sea intenso y vibrante. Según el enólogo Timo Mayer, este vino mejora tras al menos cinco años, aunque también puede disfrutarse ahora.

This wine is 100% whole bunch fermentation, with 10 days carbonic and 10 days maceration. The simplicity of the approach lies in stark contrast to the complexity of this sumptuous, medium-bodied expression. Briars, dill and cardamon with ample red cherry fruit and lilacs. Woodsy whole bunch-derived tannins across the finish. According to winemaker Timo Mayer, this is always better after at least five years. Drink or hold.
