James Suckling:

Nice smoky creaminess on top of the refreshing notes of limes and minerals. Limpid and fresh on the palate, with a medium to full body and a nervy and transparent finish. Good length. Delicious now.

The Wine Advocate:

The nose of the 2023 Superior Branco, a blend of 60% Viosinho and 40% Verdelho, is full of spices, toast and smoke that make it very showy, attractive and expressive, due to the élevage in barrel. It has 13.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.39 and 6.2 grams of acidity, coming through as round, balanced and tasty, with flavors of yellow fruit, spice and a spicy and smoky twist. It should integrate the oak with some more time in bottle. 36,600 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2024.
