A solid red with aromas of dark cherries, dark berries, dried beef, herbs and lots of spices. Medium- to full-bodied with fine, firm tannins. Precise with a bright core of forest berries and a flavorful finish. Cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, merlot, syrah, grenache noir, carignan and caladoc. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink or hold.
