Blanco de Sierra de Toloño 2016

"The 2016 Blanco de Sierra de Toloño was produced from individual white vines from old vineyards where they are intermixed with the reds in the Rivas de Tereso village. Sandra Bravo likes clean and fresh whites, pure and direct, kept with the lees until March. It's young and fresh indeed, with even a saline/mineral touch from the limestone-rich soils that invites you to drink. 2016 was a complete and very balanced year that worked well for both colors. 8,000 bottles were filled in March 2017."
