L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

"Similarly as the 2013, the 2014 Les Comes d'Orto comes from three small valleys (come is a word similar to combe in French), with lots of boulders and produced with a similar blend each vintage—some Garnacha with 45% Cariñena and 5% Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo); it fermented in open top 500-liter used oak barrels with some 28 days (a moon cycle), then was pressed and transferred to barrique for its upbringing. The two vintages are quite similar, but when the 2013 warmed up, it showed more advanced and oxidative aromas; this 2014, besides being one year younger, is also a more robust year. 3,200 bottles produced."
