Always a gorgeous wine (and always one of the top wines from the region), the 2016 Saint Péray Lieux Dit Payrolles offers classic notes of buttered citrus, white flowers and honeysuckle. It picks up a touch of minerality with time in the glass, as well as showing some brioche and toasted nut on the finish. Clean, fresh and long, it's going to keep for a decade or more.
