The Wine Advocate:

The 2019 Tío Santiago fermented with 30% full clusters, selecting the vines to produce the freshest wine possible from the vineyard, a plot of Monastrell at 800 meters in altitude. There is a delicacy and some ethereal qualities in the palate, this north-facing plot produces the freshest wine they have. It has juicy fruit and a floral character. To preserve this freshness, the élevage was shortened to a couple of months in used barriques and four months with lees in tank. It's very approachable and satisfying, with varietal and Mediterranean character, not the most complex of wines, but honest and sincere.
