L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

The impressive 2021 La Mujer Cañón is super aromatic, expressive, floral and nuanced. It's super serious and balanced, mineral and flinty but very clean, without any reduction and with a fine thread in the palate. It's elegant and with fine tannins, really fine-boned. It has good ripeness and development of aromas and flavors, with 14.5% alcohol and terrific balance. It develops a note of iron and meat in the glass, which adds complexity. Balance and elegance define this vintage. 2,498 numbered bottles produced. It's been in bottle since April 2023, and they bottled it a little later than usual.

Tim Atkin:

A fine Garnacha with a wonderfully muscular structure, this offers a heady pot pourri of thyme, rosemary and wild flowers. Tannins are sturdy and grippy, providing intensity and power, while the fruit has an ethereal quality. A touch of orange and peach syrup add both citrus bite and sweetness, resulting in a complex, age-worthy and very Cebreros style of Garnacha. 2024 - 2033
