The Wine Advocate:
The NV Don Zoilo Oloroso 15 Años underwent an oxidative aging in oak cask to give it a round and lush texture, fortified to 18% alcohol but kept dry. It's nutty and has notes of peach skin. It's aromatic (Oloroso!) with notes of oak, spicy and smoky with balance and elegance. The wine seems to get better with each new bottling; they are fine-tuning small details.
