Aromas of lemon oil, crisp green apple and blanched almonds introduce the 2018 Saint-Romain Perrière, a medium to full-bodied, satiny and enveloping wine that's racy and incisive, its elegantly textural attack segueing into an electric mid-palate, concluding with a beautifully defined finish.
